Cindy Leopold Ritsko (C. A. Ritz) BIO:

            Cindy Leopold-Ritsko recently moved back home to Ohio after traveling through many U.S. states and parts of Europe.  She is a former Assistant Regional Advisor for Nevada SCBWI (Society of Children’s Book Writers and Illustrators), and has hosted the One Agent at a Time Webinar Series. Inspired by SCBWI, Cindy is Storyteller Academy’s Community Manager since 2021.

  As a contributing writer for Las Vegas Pet Scene Magazine since 2014, Cindy has written articles for children, visited classrooms to encourage literacy, and serves as a photo contest judge for the magazine. (You may find her articles under the pen name, C. A. Ritz.)

           By the way, if you can’t find Cindy, look up. She’s either climbing trees or dancing. As a member of the Sun City Aliante Steppers, she has received several gold medals in the Nevada’s Senior Olympics and has performed for benefits throughout the Greater Las Vegas area. Her lyrical stories and illustrations reflect her background in music, dance, and photography.
